Introduces a domaininfo package with RDAP and WHOIS getters, exposed through a new DomainInfoUsecase and /api/domaininfo/:domain route (also mounted under domain scope). Adds a /whois frontend page and a zone sidebar modal to display registrar, dates, nameservers and status.
